Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying distinct sections of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
More materials released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
